Don, Personally, I think a lot of people talk about one-to-one communications, but few really want it. The cost of communicating individually with each prospect, customer, supplier, vendor, manufacturer... would be staggering for most companies or consumers. Which brings us back to the need for the media to spread communications for us, and for filters to spare us from receiving many of those communications. STEVE
