Oh, forms certainly have their place. My point is that companies often use forms as blackmail to get your contact information in order for you to see pricing or take a demo. I generally leave those sites as I don' t feel like taking the time to fill out the endless forms. It is a barrier that sends me elsewhere. I understand that pricing can be complicated, but making me jump through those hoops, when with a simple click I can go to a competitor that does give the info, I take the option of leaving.
